Big and clean hotel, very convenient. Rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was very helpful- they helped us fill Yamato forms so we could send our luggage to the next destination. The shuttle bus was super convenient and always on time. It’s also super cute, it made us very happy every time we saw the bus approaching. Overall very comfortable stay. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is located a bit distant from the Shinkansen station, but there is a shuttle bus service that runs between the station and the hotel, which is a 3-minute drive. The entrance hall has a vast open space, making the visitors comfortable. I did not use them, but the hotel has wonderful restaurants inside.

Fairly big rooms for Japanese standards. Same goes for the bathroom. Comfy beds. The shuttle bus to Shin-Osaka station is also very nice though the station is quite close so walking ain't an issue either.

Nice comfortable room. Easy walk to the subway station. Nice personal with also 2 very cute and helpful girls from Sri Lanka. For me a opportunity to also practice my Sinhala language.

Close to the station, very clean hotel, lovely staff, reception is manned 24/7 and you can leave luggage there too. Perfect for what I needed. Even better with the shuttle bus to the station.

Breakfast catered for both Japanese and western cuisines. It was always interesting an interesting start to the day.

The room is cleaned and one is provided with water bottles which is quite unusual in Japan.
